If the set of applications included in a suite has changed, affected service plans are locked pending partner approval. The partner cannot modify or assign locked service plans. To approve suite composition changes, the partner must first unlock the affected service plan, then accept the suite changes for each affected customer.

Procedure

  1. To unlock the affected service plan:
    1. Go to Users & LicensesService Plans.
    2. Locate the service plan with the locked tag and click the service plan link to open the Service Plan Component Updates screen.
    3. For SaaS products, specify the data center.
    4. To enable Remote Manager, tick the checkbox in the Managing Product/Service column.
    5. Click Approve.
  2. To accept the suite changes for each affected customer:
    1. Go to Users & LicensesCustomers.
    2. Click the company name of the affected customer.
    3. In the Licenses tab, click the affected service plan.
    4. In the dialogue that opens, review the suite changes and configure available settings as required.
    5. Click OK.
    6. Repeat the steps for each affected customer.
