Views:
Users with MSP or Reseller accounts can view and search for information on customer accounts.
The following table describes the widgets available on the dashboard for users with MSP or Reseller accounts.
Widget
Description
Customer search
Displays data for the specified customer account on the Users & Licenses > Customers screen
Type a company name in the search field and click Search.
Enabled customers
Click the count to display all enabled customers on the Users & Licenses > Customers screen
Enabled service plans
Click the count to display all enabled service plans on the Users & Licenses > Service Plans screen
Customer License Status
Click the count to display all customers with a related product or service license status on the Users & Licenses > Customers screen
