Views:
Use the Available Products screen to view a list of the Trend Micro offerings available for you to assign to customers. Use the drop-down menu to focus on a single offering.

Before you can assign an available product to a customer, you must first create a service plan for that product.

You can view the following details about each available product.
  • Product/Service: The name of the license offering

    Click the details icon (av-prods-details-ico.jpg) to view individual products included in a suite license.
  • Type: The following license types are available
    • Software (on-premises)
    • SaaS (software as a service)
    • Suite (a bundle of SaaS solutions)
  • Available Versions: The following license versions may be available (depending on product and region)
    • Full
    • Trial
    • NFR
