The User Logs tab enables you to export user logs for the Licensing Management Platform account you personally manage. User logs provide a list of account access events for up to the last six months and change history for up to the last 14 days.

Note

Data collection for this feature starts from December 2020. Account access events and change history data are not available for download prior to this date.

Complete the following steps to export user logs.

Procedure

Click Administration → Account Information.
Select the User Logs tab.
Click Export.
