Views:
The customer transaction report lists transactions like new service plan assignments and service plan changes.

Procedure

  1. Go to Administration → Customer Transactions.
  2. Specify the following:
    • Transaction type
      New purchase
      All transactions related to new customer subscriptions during the specified month.
      License change
      All transactions related to license changes, including auto-renewal, during the specified month.
      License conversion
      All transactions converting a trial license to a full service plan during the specified month.
      Suite composition change
      All transactions affecting a suite of products or services during the specified month.
    • Product/Service
    • Report cycle
      Note
      Note
      Licensing Management Platform provides reports from the last two years.
  3. Click Export as Excel to save an XLS file of this report.
