Access the End User Console.
The logon screen for the Trend Micro Email Security End User Console appears.

Click Forgot your password.
The Reset Password screen appears.
- Type the email address that you used when setting up your account.

Click Send verification code.
A verification code is sent to the above specified email address.
- Type the verification code.

Type and confirm the new password to be associated
with the account.
Important:
Trend Micro recommends you use a strong password, that is, a long password (up to 32 characters) combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Click Finish.
You can use the new password to log on to the End User Console.
