The agent installer permits installation on any supported platform. RAM and disk space requirements are not checked.

Relay requirements

Requirements are the same as those of the agent, with the following constraints:
  • Relays are only supported on 64-bit operating systems.
  • Relays are not supported on Solaris, AIX, macOS, or Red Hat OpenShift.
Since relays are more scalable on Linux than Windows platforms, Trend Micro recommends installing relays on Linux hosts.
