January 23, 2024, File Storage Security—The AWS Lambda now runs on Python 3.11 runtime. AWS Lambda Python 3.8 is scheduled to be deprecated later this year by AWS. For more information, see Lambda runtimes. It is recommended to update the runtime as soon as possible by updating the Scanner Stack, Storage Stack, and Account Scanner Stack.

This requires a stack update.
