You can send rule-specific step-by-step resolution guides via email to other users by clicking on the "Send Rule to" button from either Improve Compliance status or All checks report.

Click on Send rule to against a rule
Select recipients from the list of active users
Click on Send rule resolution._
An email with details of the rule related failures and a step-by-step resolution guide will be sent to the selected users.

Note

Active users without an email will not appear on the recipient list.
