If the Apex One server is unreachable,
agents will
not have a backup source and will therefore remain outdated. To update agents that
cannot reach the Apex One
server, Trend Micro recommends using Agent
Packager. Use this tool to create a package with the latest components available on
the
server and then run the package on agents.
