When a Manual Scan or Scheduled Scan runs, the Apex One (Mac) Security Agent creates a scan log that contains information about the scan. You can view the scan log by accessing the Apex One (Mac) server or agent consoles.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to AgentsAgent Management.
  2. In the agent tree, click the root icon (icon-root.png) to include all Security Agents or select specific groups or Security Agents.
  3. Click LogsScan Operation Logs.
  4. Specify the log criteria and click Display Logs.
    The Scan Operation Logs screen appears.
  5. To save logs to a comma-separated value (CSV) file, click Export. Open the file or save it to a specific location.

What to do next

To keep the size of logs from occupying too much space on the hard disk, manually delete logs or configure a log deletion schedule. For more information about managing logs, see Managing Logs .
