Apex Central synchronizes data from the Active Directory Global Category (GC).

  1. Open the Microsoft Management Console (mmc).
  2. Add a snap-in (Active Directory Schema).
  3. In left panel, go to Attribute.
  4. Enable Replicate this attribute to Global Catalog for each of the following:

    • proxyAddresses

    • department

    • homephone

    • PhysicalDeliveryOfficeName

    • telephoneNumber

    • title

  5. Wait until Active Directory replication occurs.
