Stopping and Restarting Apex Central Services

Use the Windows Services screen to restart any of the following Apex Central services:

Note:

These are the services that run in the background on the Windows operating system, not the Trend Micro services that require Activation Codes (for example, Outbreak Prevention Services).
The following procedure assumes you are running Apex Central on Windows Server 2008 R2.

Go to Start > All Programs > Administrative Tools > Services.
The Services screen appears.
To stop a Apex Central service:
1. Right-click <Apex Central service>.
  A pop-up menu appears.
2. Click Stop.
To restart a Apex Central service:
1. Right-click <Apex Central service>.
  A pop-up menu appears.
2. Click Start.
