Views:
  1. Go to Administration > Proxy Settings.
  2. Select the Use a proxy server for updates check box.
  3. Select HTTP or SOCKS5 for the Proxy protocol.
    Note:

    Smart Protection Server no longer supports SOCKS4 proxy configurations.

  4. Type the server name or IP address.
  5. Type the port number.
  6. If your proxy server requires credentials, type the User ID and Password.
  7. Click Save.
