As with any server software installation or upgrade, Trend Micro recommends that this activity be performed when the impact to users is
minimal; that is, outside business hours and after a full system backup has been completed.
Before carrying out a network installation, make sure that the network connections
among the
related server computers are established.
It is also good practice to install the program on a test server first so that installation
issues, if any, can be identified and handled properly before the installation. Before
installing
