On the Devices (Segment Groups) screen, select an entry from the Members table.
Go to the top menu bar and select Edit > Permissions.
The Segment Group - Permissions dialog displays.
By default, permissions are granted to SuperUsers. If you want to grant permissions to other roles, select the appropriate check box in the Permissions area.
Click OK.
