You can download exported or archived files from the SMS. Learn more: Exports and Archives.

From the navigation panel of the SMS web management console Dashboard, select the Administration icon.
Select Exports and Archives.
To download a file, select the checkbox next to the filename, and click Download.
To delete one or more files, select the checkboxes next to the filenames, and click Delete Selected.
To delete all files, click Delete All.
