You can comment on a vulnerability scan. For example, you can add notes about when a scan was imported, or you can track all remediation changes in subsequent scans.

You can also comment on a CVE.

Procedure

Select Profiles → Vulnerability Scans (eVR).
Select a vulnerability scan, and click Comments.
Enter Comments.
Click OK.
