Procedure

  1. Click ReportsOne-time Reports to open the One-time Reports screen.
  2. Click Generate report.
  3. Type a Report name.
  4. Set the time range by typing a date or clicking the calendar icon to select a date.
    ScanMail gathers data to include in the report for the specified time range.
  5. Select the servers to include in the report.
    • Local server
    • Remote server(s)
      1. Select the Server group from the drop-down.
      2. Click the server name in the Available Server(s) list and click Add >> to include the server(s) to the Selected Server(s) list.
  6. Click the type of information that ScanMail includes in the report.
    Click the Show details icon next to the report type to view detailed options for that report.
  7. Click Generate.
