Manually Performing Quarantine Maintenance

Procedure

1. Click Quarantine → Maintenance.
   The Quarantine Maintenance screen displays.
2. Click the Manual tab.
3. Select the files to delete:
   • All quarantined files: Select to delete all quarantined files.
   • Quarantined files that have never been resent: Select to delete quarantined files that have never been resent.
   • Quarantined files that have been resent at least once: Select to delete quarantined files that have been resent at least once.

   Note ScanMail can start quarantine maintenance task based on the creation time of quarantined files if All quarantined files is selected for Files to delete in both manual and automatic quarantine maintenance settings.

4. Specify the number of days to keep files before deleting.
5. Click Delete Now.
