If you are unable to remove ScanMail automatically, you can manually remove ScanMail.
However, Trend Micro recommends trying the automatic methods before attempting to
manually remove the product.
If the server has multiple installations of ScanMail and you want to manually uninstall
all these instances, the procedure is similar to manually removing ScanMail on a single
installation.
The installation information and file paths for each instance are all recorded in
smdsys.ini (for Windows) or smdsysV3.ini (for Linux), which will also have multiple instances of [SMDConfx].
