Use the Configuration database to create and apply access control for ScanMail databases
on Domino server(s).
To create and apply a new ACL entry:

Open the ScanMail Configuration database (see Accessing ScanMail Databases).

From the left menu, click .

From the working area, click Create New Entry.

Type or click
to specify the ACL entry to a Domino server or groups of Domino servers. -
Select a User type from the list.

Select a ScanMail database and set the permission(s).

Click Advanced to select the access level from the list and enable read or write public documents.

Click Save & Close; then, click Apply Settings to ACL.
