Use the Rule Organizer document to modify the order by which ScanMail applies mail, database, scheduled
scan, and scheduled update rules. The Rule Organizer also provides a shortcut to enable or disable a rule.
To change a rule's priority:

Under the Mail Scan, Database Scan, Scheduled Scan, or Scheduled Update tab, click the Organize Rules button.
