PortalProtect provides an
additional real-time feature called the Global Approved List for both documents and
Web content. This is an approved list that enables the administrator to add Active
Directory users and groups for which the Content Filtering policies will be
excluded. See Global Approved List.
Procedure
- Click Content Filtering on the left menu.The Content Filtering screen appears.
- Click Global Approved List.The Content Filtering: Edit Global Approved List screen appears.
- Select Enable global approved list to enable to functionality.
- Type an AD user or group name in the Search for AD user(s)/group(s) field.
- Under Search in, select Users and/or Groups as appropriate.
- Click Search.Successful search results will then display in the Available Account(s) window.
- Repeat the search as required.
- Select all the users/groups you want to add to the Global Approved
List and click Add to move them to the
Selected Account(s) window.
Note
You can also Import or Export AD users/groups from or to an external file. - Click Save.
