Resetting Password for an Android Mobile Device

Log on to the Mobile Security administration web console.
Click Devices on the menu bar.

The Devices screen displays.
Select the mobile device from the tree, and then click Password Reset.
Type and confirm the new six-digit password on the pop-up dialog box that appears.
