This option allows you to copy user information from a CSV file that uses the required data format. Mobile Security automatically detects and converts the data to complete the user information form.

Procedure

  1. On the Mobile Security administration web console, go to Users → Invite Users → From CSV.
    The Invite Users from CSV screen appears.
  2. Type the user information using the following format in the text box.
    Phone_number1, email1, user_name1, group_name1

    Use a semicolon (;) or a line break to separate each user information.
  3. Click Validate to verify that the information follows the specified format.
    A pop-up message displays the validation result.

    If the format is incorrect, fix the errors and try again.
  4. Click Save.
    A confirmation message appears.
