I use Sun iPlanet as my LDAP server, but my accounts are not synchronizing correctly to Cloud Pre-Filter. Why?

If you have more that 2000 account on Sun iPlanet LDAP server you need to make some changes to the Sun iPlanet LDAP server. Increase the value of "nsslapd-lookthroughlimit" on the Directory Server → Directory → cn=config → Plugins → ldbm database → config → General Editor screen.
