One of the following issues may occur when trying to access the IM Security product
console:

Inaccessible product console

Missing User name and Password field

Unrecognized User name and Password
Procedure
- Check whether the account used to access the product console belongs to the local Administrators group.
- Use Windows Services Panel to verify whether
Trend Micro IM Security Server
is started. - Ensure that the web service is started.
- Verify whether the IM Security administrator account has not been changed. Otherwise, obtain the latest account user name and password.
- Check the network connection and HTTP port being used.
- Check that the IM Security website has been added to the browser's
Trusted Sites.
