If a user exceeds the number
of authentication attempts and policies are set to enact Remote Authentication,
File Encryption locks Endpoint Encryption folders and notifies the user that Remote Help
is required. Using Remote Help to unlock File Encryption
requires assistance from the Enterprise Authenticator or Group Authenticator.

Procedure
- Right-click the File Encryption tray icon, then
select .The Remote Help screen appears.
File Encryption Remote Help - Specify the user name.
- Click Get Challenge.
- Type the Response provided by the Enterprise/Group Authenticator.
- Click Log In.The user is authenticated to File Encryption and a notification displays.
