Accessing Recovery Console from Windows

In Windows, go to the Full Disk Encryption installation directory.

The default location is C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Full Disk Encryption\.
Open RecoveryConsole.exe.

The Recovery Console window appears.
Specify the Endpoint Encryption user name and password, then click Login.

Recovery Console opens to the Manage Disks page.
