Once you have established that the IP address is being blocked, you can send a removal request for each list.

Procedure

  1. Check the status of your IP address. For more information, see Step 1: Determine Your IP Address.
  2. Send a request to have it removed.
    • Send a request to your administrator or ISP provider.
    • If you are the administrator or ISP provider, send a request to Trend Micro.
      1. Click Remove.
      2. Provide the requested information on the form.
      3. Click Send.

    Removal requests have to come from an authoritative account such as: abuse@(domain name) or postmaster@(domain name). This ensures that Trend Micro is contacting the valid owner of the IP blocks.
