Views:
System Logs (Administration → System Logs) displays logs that contain summaries of system events, including component updates and appliance restarts.
Deep Discovery Inspector can store logs in a database or in a Syslog server. You can query logs from the log database and export logs to a CSV file.
The following table describes the information system logs contain:

Timestamp
The date and time of the event
Log Type
The type of event.
Available options:
  • All
  • System events
  • Update events
Level
The severity of the event
Available options:
  • Informational
  • Warning
  • Error
Outcome
Whether the event was successful or not.
Action By
The user account or system that triggered the event.
