Procedure

  1. Go to Administration → System Settings → SNMP.
  2. Select Send SNMP trap messages.
  3. Specify the address of the manager server.
  4. Configure SNMP trap mode.
    • For SNMP v1/v2c, specify the community name
    • For SNMP v3, specify a security model:
      • No authentication or privacy: Specify the user name
      • Authenticated: Specify the user name and password
      • Authenticated with privacy: Specify the user name, password, and the privacy passphrase.
  5. Click Save.
