Connection to Trend Vision One Using a Service Gateway as a Proxy

Procedure

1. If you want to use Network Analytics as a Service, disconnect from Deep Discovery Director - Network Analytics.
2. Make sure your Service Gateway has the Forward Proxy Service configured.
   For more information, see Forward Proxy Service at https://docs.trendmicro.com/en-us/enterprise/trend-micro-xdr-help/ForwardProxyService.
3. In the Trend Vision One console, go to Network Security Operations → Network Inventory → Deep Discovery Inspector Appliances.
4. Click Connect Appliance.
5. For Product, select Deployed Deep Discovery Inspector.
6. Select 6.7 or later.
7. Select Connect using a Service Gateway as proxy from the connection method list.
8. Select a Service Gateway from the list.
9. Specify the Deep Discovery Inspector appliance IP address or FQDN.
   You can only access appliances that are part of your corporate network or that you can reach directly.
10. Click Go.
    The Deep Discovery Inspector appliance console opens.
11. On the Deep Discovery Inspector console, sign in with an administrator account.
12. (Optional) Change the password.
13. In the Registering to Trend Vision One dialog, click Continue to confirm the process.
14. In the Trend Vision One console, go to Network Security Operations → Network Inventory → Deep Discovery Inspector Appliances to verify the connection status.

    Note When Deep Discovery Inspector connects to Trend Vision One, Deep Discovery Inspector creates the Trend Vision One Administrator and Trend Vision One Viewer accounts automatically.
