You cannot use the management console to change the password for the following:
  • Microsoft Active Directory accounts
  • Trend Micro Apex Central single sign-on (SSO) accounts
  • SAML SSO accounts

Procedure

  1. On the management console banner, click your account name.
    The Change Password screen appears.
  2. Specify password settings.
    • Old password
    • New password
    • Confirm password
  3. Click Save.
