You can import graymail exceptions from a properly-formatted CSV file.
- Go to Policies > Exceptions > Graymail Exceptions.

Click Import.
A file selection screen appears.
- Select a CSV file.

Click Open to import the CSV file.
After importing graymail exceptions:

Click Delete All to delete all entries in the list.

Click Export All to download list as a CSV file.
