To open the Troubleshooting screens, go to
https://<appliance IP address>/troubleshooting.Logs
Deep Discovery Director (Internal
Network Analytics Version)
generates and stores debug logs for various internal services. Export the debug logs
for offline
viewing and troubleshooting.

(Optional) Modify the levels at which the various services should generate debug logs in and click Apply.

Click Export Debug Log Files to display the Export Debug Log Files dialog.

Select the debug log files to export and then click Export.The system begins gathering the log files and creating an archive file for download.
(Optional) Click Restore Defaults to restore all
settings to their default values.
Delete Crash Dumps
Deep Discovery Director (Internal
Network Analytics Version)
generates and stores dump files when processes crash.
Click Delete to manually delete process crash dump
files to free up disk space.
Switch Mode Restore
The configuration settings and detection logs of Deep Discovery Director -
Internal Network Analytics version can be restored to the point before the operation
mode was
switched to Standalone Network Analytics mode.

(Optional) Click Test Connection to test the
connection to the SFTP server.
Threat Intelligence
Modify threat intelligence sharing settings such as time before the
integration process times out, the batch size for processing (Check Point only), and
whether
to remove query strings from URLs (Palo Alto only), and then click
Save.
Bandwidth and Data Sources
View the GUID and Bandwidth of connected data sources.
