In addition to finely controlling which appliances a role can see and manage,
the integration with Deep Discovery Email Inspector calls for control over which email messages a role can see.
To address this requirement, Deep Discovery Director (Internal
Network Analytics Version) provides users with the control to separate email messages by
using domains.
Procedure
- Go to .The Roles screen appears.
- Do one of the following:

Click Add to open the Add Role screen.

Click on a role name to open the Edit Role screen.

- In the Domain access section, click on Domain
management.The Domain Management dialog appears.
- Type a domain in the left text box and click Add to add the
domain to the list.

Note
One wildcard (*) connected with a "." in the domain prefix is supported. - Select one or more domains from the list and click Delete to delete the selected domains.
- (Optional) To search for a domain, type a keyword in the right search text box, and then press ENTER or click the magnifying glass icon.
- Click Close.
