In addition to finely controlling which appliances a role can see and manage, the integration with Deep Discovery Email Inspector calls for control over which email messages a role can see. To address this requirement, Deep Discovery Director (Internal Network Analytics Version) provides users with the control to separate email messages by using domains.

Procedure

  1. Go to AdministrationAccount ManagementRoles.
    The Roles screen appears.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click Add to open the Add Role screen.
    • Click on a role name to open the Edit Role screen.
  3. In the Domain access section, click on Domain management.
    The Domain Management dialog appears.
  4. Type a domain in the left text box and click Add to add the domain to the list.

    One wildcard (*) connected with a "." in the domain prefix is supported.
  5. Select one or more domains from the list and click Delete to delete the selected domains.
  6. (Optional) To search for a domain, type a keyword in the right search text box, and then press ENTER or click the magnifying glass icon.
  7. Click Close.
