View the list of email messages that have been identified as spam and temporarily quarantined by .

  1. Access the EUQ console.

    The Quarantined Messages screen appears.

    Note:

    By default, email messages are sorted by Detected.

  2. (Optional) Select a time period.
  3. Select one or more email messages and then click one of the following:
    • Release: Deliver the selected email messages to the intended recipients.

    • Release and Approve Sender: Release the selected messages and adds the sender email addresses to your Approved Senders list.

    • Delete: Delete the selected messages. Deleted messages cannot be recovered.

    Note:

    Your administrator must enable released messages to be delivered directly to the intended recipients without reprocessing the messages. Otherwise, continues processing released messages.

    The selected action is immediately submitted as task to the appliances that store the selected messages.
