A license to the software usually includes the right to product updates as well as
basic
technical support ("Maintenance") for the duration of your activated license agreement.
Typically, thirty (30) days before the Maintenance Agreement expires, you will start
to
receive email notifications, alerting them of the upcoming discontinuance that will
continue to notify until the product has expired. Update the Maintenance Agreement
by
purchasing renewal maintenance from a reseller, Trend Micro
sales, through Trend Micro Remote Manager, or on the Trend Micro License Management Platform.
