A license to the software usually includes the right to product updates as well as basic technical support ("Maintenance") for the duration of your activated license agreement. Typically, thirty (30) days before the Maintenance Agreement expires, you will start to receive email notifications, alerting them of the upcoming discontinuance that will continue to notify until the product has expired.
