All gateways synchronize users and groups every eight hours. Any gateway registered through Cloud Edge Cloud Console automatically triggers a UserID synchronization. If needed, trigger a synchronization by clicking Sync All Gateways.
Synchronized user information includes hosted user and group information configured on Cloud Edge Cloud Console.
