Procedure

1. Go to the Dashboard tab.
2. Select an organization to view the threat detection and policy enforcement data of this organization or select All organizations to view the aggregated data of all the organizations.
3. Select or deselect a service to show or hide data related to the service.

   Note If you deselect this check box, Cloud App Security will continue protecting your application or service, but threat detection data for the corresponding application or service will not display on the Dashboard.

4. Click the icon with three dots on the upper-right area and then Select Dashboard Sections to select one or several dashboard sections to view.
5. Set the time period to view the data on a widget.
   1. Click the drop-down menu on the upper right of the widget.
   2. Click the time period.
   3. Optionally select Apply to all widgets.
      The configured time period will apply to every widget on Dashboard.
   4. Click Apply.
      You can still go to each widget to set a different time period as necessary.

      Note Widget-related configurations on the dashboard apply to all the organizations.

6. Optionally export the Dashboard data into a report in PDF format.
   1. Follow Steps 2 to 4 to specify the data you want to export.
   2. Click the icon with three dots on the upper-right area and then select Export Dashboard Data.
      According to your browser setting, the report will be automatically downloaded to your local machine, or you can rename the report and select a save path before you download the report.
