Trend Micro Apex One only supports AES-256 encryption on servers and Security Agents running Apex One and Plug-in Manager 2.2 or later versions. -
Client Authentication Checksum (CAC) security to authenticate Security Agents

Procedure
- Go to .
- Click the Network tab.
- Go to the Server-Agent Communication section.
- Click Change to enable or disable the
setting.A message appears.
- Click Verify Versions to confirm that you have updated all Security Agents to the supported versions (build version 12000 or later).
- Click OK.
