Enable debug logging before performing the
following tasks:

Uninstall and then install the server again.

Upgrade Trend Micro Apex One to a new version.

Perform remote installation/upgrade (Debug logging is enabled on the endpoint where you launched Setup and not on the remote endpoint.)
Procedure
- Copy the
LogServerfolder located in <Server installation folder>\PCCSRV\PrivatetoC:\. - Create a file named of
cdebug.iniwith the following content:[debug]debuglevel=9debuglog=c:\LogServer\ofcdebug.logdebugLevel_new=DdebugSplitSize=10485760debugSplitPeriod=12debugRemoveAfterSplit=1 - Save
ofcdebug.initoC:\LogServer. - Perform the appropriate task (that is, uninstall/reinstall the server, upgrade to a new server version, or perform remote installation/upgrade).
- Check
ofcdebug.loginC:\LogServer.
