Procedure

  1. Go to Updates → Agents → Automatic Update.
  2. Go to the Event-triggered Update section.
  3. Disable Include Independent and offline agent(s).

    This option is automatically disabled if you disable Initiate component update on agents immediately after the Apex One server downloads a new component.
