The device list tool does not support endpoints running macOS or OS X.

On the Apex One (Mac) server computer, go to <Server installation folder>\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\ListDeviceInfo.
Connect external devices to a target Windows computer.
Copy listDeviceInfo.exe to the Windows computer.
On the Windows computer, run listDeviceInfo.exe.
View device information in the browser window that displays. Device Control use the following information:
- Vendor or manufacturer
- Model or product ID
- Serial ID or serial number
