on the Microsoft Management Console:

Apex One (Mac) Main Service

- Verify that the following process is running on Windows Task Manager: TMSMMainService.exe
- Verify that the following registry key exists in Registry
Editor:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\TrendMicro\OfficeScan\service\AoS\OSCE_ADDON_TMSM
- Verify that the Apex One (Mac) server files are found under the <Server installation folder>.
