The Security Agent is not always able to perform a desired action on detected
threats. When this happens one of the following scan results will appear.

Unable to clean the file
|
The file may be uncleanable. For details and solutions, see Uncleanable Files.

Unable to delete the file
|
The infected file may be locked by another application, is executing, or is
on a CD. The Security Agent will delete the file after the application releases the
file or after it has been executed.

Unable to quarantine the file
|
