Trend Vision One integration requires the use of advaced TLS 1.2 cipher suites for secure communication. Before you can integrate Apex Central with Trend Vision One, make sure Apex Central is installed on an endpoint running Windows Server 2016 or later.

You can integrate Apex Central with Trend Vision One to forward detection logs and Security Agent information to Trend Vision One.

To get started with the integration, you need an active Trend Vision One account.

Procedure

  1. Generate an enrollment token in Trend Vision One. Do the following:
    1. Go to Trend Vision OneAccess Trend Vision One.
    2. Log onto the Trend Vision One console.
    3. Go to Point Product ConnectionProduct Instance or Point Product ConnectionProduct Connector.
    4. Click Add Existing Product or Connect.
    5. In the Instance Type or Product name field, select Trend Micro Apex Central On-Premises.
    6. Click the link to generate an enrollment token.
    7. Copy the enrollment token for use on the Apex Central web console.
    8. Click Save.
  2. On the Apex Central console, go to Trend Vision OneIntegration Settings.
  3. Paste the enrollment token you obtained from the Product Instance or Product Connector in Trend Vision One.
  4. Under Settings, select to enable a feature.
    • Forward detection logs and endpoint information to Trend Vision One
    • Synchronize suspicious object lists from Trend Vision One
  5. Click Register.
    Wait until the registration process is complete.
